We are hosting a live, in-store prerelease in our NYC location for the new Magic: The Gathering set: Final Fantasy! The prerelease event will be held on June 7, 2025 at our NYC location.
The entire FINAL FANTASY saga is here! Your players will step into the worlds of the beloved FINAL FANTASY RPG series' sixteen mainline games. They'll cast powerful spells, call upon classic summons, and even visit their favorite locations on the back of a Chocobo. Countless elements from the games are here for players to weave together their own stories.

Since the release of its first title in 1987, the FINAL FANTASY series has become a global phenomenon due to its cutting edge graphics technology, unique and distinctive world settings, and rich storylines. It has since sold over 195,000,000 copies (package/downloads).

- 6 Magic: The Gathering—FINAL FANTASY Play Boosters
- 1 foil, year-stamped Rare or Mythic Rare
- 1 deck box
- 1 Spindown die
- Each Play Booster contains:
- 14 Magic: The Gathering cards
- 1-4 cards of rarity Rare of higher
- 3-6 Uncommon cards
- 6-9 Common cards
- 1 Land card (Traditional Foil Land replaces a Land in 20% of boosters)
- 1 card of any rarity is Traditional Foil; Foil Borderless Mythic Rare in 1% of boosters
You must have a Wizards Account to participate in these events. You will receive the event code when you purchase your ticket.

Cost: $49.99 for the in-store event ticket (includes one (1) Final Fantasy prerelease pack) for the prerelease event. (Please note you must play in the event to receive your prerelease pack. If you’re unable to play, your ticket order will be refunded and you will not receive a prerelease pack.)
